30% TDS Deduction: The state government will automatically deduct a flat 30% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) before paying out your winnings. You do not get the full advertised amount in your bank account.
Submit Within 30 Days: You must submit your winning ticket and claim forms to the Director of State Lotteries within 30 days of the draw date. If you wait too long, your ticket becomes invalid.
Required Documents: You need the original ticket (signed on the back), four passport-sized photos, a PAN card copy, and a valid ID proof (Aadhaar or Voter ID).
